Cubuilt Engineers is manufacturing Industrial Cranes in low maintenance and high-cost effectiveness. Our Industrial cranes having the latest technology and safety features for heavy load applications.
Industrial Crane Applications
An overhead crane, commonly called a bridge crane, is a type of crane found in industrial environments. An overhead crane consists of parallel runways with a traveling bridge spanning the gap. A hoist, the lifting component of a crane, travels along the bridge. If the bridge is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on a fixed rail at ground level, the crane is called a gantry crane or a goliath crane.
Industrial Cranes Features
Overhead cranes are widely used for steel processing and other materials such as aluminum and copper. Metal is handled by an overhead crane at every point of the manufacturing. The crane powers the raw materials into a furnace then rolls hot metal up to a particular requirement.
The finished tubes are then lifted and loaded onto trucks stored on an overhead crane for convection. The manufacturer or stamper is processing the steel in its factory using an overhead crane.
When handling raw materials, the automotive industry also uses overhead cranes. Lighter loads on working areas such as CNC mill or sawmill are handled by smaller cranes of the workstation, as jib cranes or mobile cranes.
