Light Duty Column and Boom
The Light Duty Column and Boom, also known as a Welding Head Manipulator, is an efficient solution for precision welding operations in small to medium-scale applications. Available in Motorized Trolley, Manual Trolley, or Fixed Base designs, it ensures stable positioning of the welding head, which is mounted at one end of the boom for accurate and consistent performance.
Construction & Design
The wire spool can be mounted either at the front or rear of the boom, depending on operational requirements. In Extra Light and Light Duty models (up to 3m x 3m), vertical movement is driven by a lead screw, offering smooth and controlled operation.
