Medium Duty Column and Boom
The Medium Duty Column and Boom, also known as a Welding Head Manipulator, is designed for reliable and precise welding automation. It is available in Motorized Trolley, Manual Trolley, or Fixed Base configurations to suit different workshop requirements. The welding head is mounted at one end of the boom, allowing stable and accurate positioning during welding operations.

Welding Column and Boom Design
The wire spool can be mounted either at the front or the rear of the boom for flexibility. While Extra Light and Light Duty models (up to 3m x 3m) operate with a lead screw for vertical movement, the Medium Duty Column and Boom use a rack and pinion system with a counterweight arrangement, ensuring smoother travel and long-term reliability.
The counterweight and boom assembly are firmly secured with metallic wire rope, and all models are equipped with anti-fall safety features for added protection. Horizontal boom movement is also achieved through a rack and pinion drive, providing precise and controlled motion.
